BEST Mobilak ---- Toner Lacquer
 

Description:

Colored alkyd lacquer for interior wood surfaces. Tones and protects the woodwork used in atmospheric conditions and inside the buildings. Delivers a noble tone color to the woodwork. To change the coating intensity color dilute with a clear lacquer.

If it's necessary to emphasize the wood grain, apply clear lacquer to the wood processed with toner lacquer.  

Colors are available on "BEST Mobilak" catalogue. 

Advantages: 

 - Resistant to water, dilute acid solutions, alcohol, salt and alkalis;

  - Delivers wood a noble tone;

  - Dries quickly.

  Application:

  - Home repair: door, baseboard, casing, railings, etc. varnishing;

  - Joinery: glazing various wood constructions, plywood, as well as veneer sheet covered goods.

Compound: 

Synthetic resin, plasticizer, dye (except clear lacquer), organic solvents. 

Application: 

Polish new wooden surface and remove the dust. Finish previously processed surface till smooth wood. Mix BEST Mobilak thoroughly before use, as well as during the work in order to ensure regular mixing of the pigment concentrate. For control check, paint on separate board in order to check the color tone. The final coating color depends on the natural color and firmness of the original wood and the amount of coats. Apply BEST Mobilak with a sponge, brush or sprayer in 1 coat. Process the surface continuously from start to the end to prevent tone difference. Process large panel surfaces with some boards at a time. To obtain lighter tone, mix BEST Mobilak with Best Sintetik Tiner at 1:1 ratio. To get darker surface recoat with BEST Mobilak when first coat is dry. Apply with brush or sprayer.

Drying time: 

Drying time of dust at +23 °C temperature and 50 % relative air humidity is about 4 hours. Complete drying time is 24 hours. Next lacquer coating can be applied after 24 hours. 

Type of surface and coat thickness affect to the drying time. 

Storage:

Withstands storage and transportation at low temperatures. Does not withstand long-term storage in loosely closed and incomplete containers.

Precautionary measures:

Before and after interior use air the area well. Use personal protective gear.
