Water diluting moisture proofing primer creates particularly dense film. It contains component against mildew. It is designed for moisture proofing works when applying BEST emulsion paints for moisture areas. Used for priming the walls and ceilings inside buildings. Applied to surfaces flattened with BEST Mecun primer, various building boards, fiberglass wallpaper and etc. 

Application:

The entire surfaces should be clean of dust and dirt before applying the primer. If there is a mold on the surface, discover the reasons and make necessary repairs to correct them.  Remove flaking paint with scraper. Remove vinyl wallpapers and ceramic tiles completely. Prime glossy old paint film until matt. Dub concrete, primed and other surfaces with moisture proof BEST Mecun primer. Polish dry surface, remove the dust.  Painted area should be dry, temperature not more than +10ºС and relative air humidity not less than 80%. 

Stir primer thoroughly before use. Apply primer in 2 coats: crossing each other.

Wait to dry out for 1-4 hours before applying the second coat.  Paint with BEST emulsion paint in 5 hours after the second coating. Apply with roller, brush or sprayer.
